18 July 2007, Orcalab reports:

Boat noise

Today the whales (the a12s) have spent the day in the eastern parts of johnstone Strait. At 1:30pm the Naiad Explorer reported that they had turned west off Camp Point.

Orcas rubbing on the shore bottom.

The A12s have made it as far west as the rubbing beaches.

Superb sounds!!

Still travelling west through the Ecological Reserve, the A12s are passing Critical Point. They sound like they may be a bit spread out as they travel west.
